Refund & Chargeback Policy – SashSlays

All Sales Are Final

All services provided by SashSlays are non-refundable. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Service Satisfaction

At SashSlays, we strive to deliver high-quality results. If you are unsatisfied with your service, you must notify us within 24 hours of your appointment. Adjustments may be offered at the sole discretion of SashSlays. Failure to communicate concerns within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of any adjustments.

Deposits & Payments

  • All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable

  • Deposits go toward your total service cost

  • Remaining balances must be paid at the time of service

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following:

  • Tap to Pay

  • Cash

  • Klarna

  • Affirm

  • Afterpay

Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) Policy

If you choose to use Klarna, Affirm, or Afterpay:

  • You are entering a separate agreement with the provider

  • SashSlays does not control payment plans, approvals, or billing terms

  • All sales remain final, regardless of BNPL usage

  • Disputes regarding payment schedules must be handled directly with your provider

Chargebacks & Disputes

By booking and receiving services, you agree:

  • Not to file fraudulent disputes or chargebacks

  • Any disputes will be challenged with:

    • Booking confirmation

    • Signed policies

    • Service records and/or photos

      Filing a chargeback after receiving services is considered a violation of this agreement and may result in:

  • Permanent booking ban

  • Collections action for unpaid services

  • Additional administrative fees
